Case when there is a Manufacturing Defect:

At Ummati Store, we strive to ensure utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Our commitment to quality means that all products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to guarantee they meet our high standards. Due to this quality assurance process, we do not offer returns on products unless they are defective or incorrect.

Returns:

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

Exchanges:

Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the exchange process. Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, along with instructions for returning the incorrect product.

Case where there is a size issue:

All our sizes are of International Standard, they may be slightly larger what you would generally get from your local market. Therefore, you are required to check our size chart available on each product page.

If you place an order without checking the size chart, we wont be liable for exchange if the sizes are not as per your expectation. In such a case, if you comply to all our return product conditions, you can request an exchange for a cost 90/- per product

In case there is any manufacturing size defect beyond +/- 0.5 inches as per the size chart, then we are liable of issuing a refund/exchange immediately for no extra cost, a proof will be required in this case.

Case when there is no Manufacturing Defect:

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when purchasing clothing online. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for size changes.

Size Exchange: If the size of your clothing item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request an exchange within 7 Days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Exchange Fee: Please note that a nominal exchange fee of 90 rupees will be applicable for size changes. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and dispatching the new item.

Returns with Fee:

Return with Fee: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defectiveness or incorrect delivery, you may do so within 7 Days of receiving your order. A return fee of 90 rupees will be applicable in such cases.

Return Process: To initiate a return with fee, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund amount within 3 working days and the amount will reflect within 7-10 working days. refund minus the return fee.

Cancellation Policy :

You can cancel your order online within 12 hours and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 3 working days and the amount will reflect within 7-10 working days.

Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.

If you place a cancellation request after 12 hours of placing an order, due to any reason. The management will look for feasibility of the cancellation and a charge of 90/- per item might be applicable if there is a possibility of cancellation.

Note: All returns, exchanges, returns and cancellation with fees are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange or cancellation if the item does not meet our criteria outlined in this policy.
