Case when there is a manufacturing defect:

We at Ummati Store follow a 7 Day Return & Refund policy all products shopped from our website – ummatistore.in only when there is a manufacturing defect. In such a case an immediate return / exchange will be processed for no additional cost.

The process for this case is as simple, Customers can raise a return/refund request within 7 days after an order has been delivered by mailing us at support@ummatistore.in or by filling the return request form on our website.

Case when there is no Manufacturing Defect:

We at Ummati Store follow a 7 Day Return & Refund policy on non-discounted products shopped from our website – ummatistore.in even when there is no manufacturing defect. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ummati Store. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept Returns / Refund within 7 Days after date of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• All Ummati Store items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
• Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• Products should be tried without damaging and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Products that are returned without the original packaging, in daily wear and tear or dirt spots will not be accepted.
• If your order has already been shipped, we request you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order by contacting our orders team to request its return by going to my orders section and raise a Cancel Request.
• For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

Return / Exchange Process:

Once the return order has been delivered to us, we will do an inspection and confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.

Upon confirmation:

• In case you return one product, you will be charged Rs 150 as courier handling charges. 
• Incase you want to return more than 1 product, you will be charged Rs 80 per product.
• In case the courier comes back to us because of incomplete/incorrect  details given by the customer, he will be charged Rs 150 as shipping charges for single product and Rs 80 per product in case of more than one product.

• Any refund will be processed into your bank account.

Note: Refund to your Bank account will take upto 7-10 days. 

Case where there is a size issue:

All our sizes are of International Standard, they may be slightly larger what you would generally get from your local market. Therefore, you are required to check our size chart available on each product page.

If you place an order without checking the size chart, we wont be liable for exchange if the sizes are not as per your expectation. In such a case, if you comply to all our return product conditions, you can request an exchange for a cost 150/- per product, whether a return is self shipped or picked up by Ummati Store courier partner.

In case there is any manufacturing size defect beyond +/- 0.5 inches as per the size chart, then we are liable of issuing a refund/exchange immediately for no extra cost, a proof will be required in this case.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order online within 12 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 3 working days and the amount will reflect within 7-10 working days.

Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.

If you place a cancellation request after 12 hours of placing an order, due to any reason. The management will look for feasibility of the cancellation and a charge of 150/- per item might be applicable if there is a possibility of cancellation. Any refund will be processed into your bank account.

Note: Refund to your Bank account will take upto 7-10 days. 

In case of dispute:

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
